NEW TRIAGE SYSTEM
Following recent feedback from patients and collaborating closely with our Patient Participation Group, we are making changes to our triage system.
The current practice online system is not allowing the practice to deal with the requests in the most efficient way to the benefit of our patients and staff. We are having to switch this off early because of capacity issues. Although we are making attempts to increase capacity by employing new staff this is proving difficult in the current climate.
We feel that the new system of SystmConnect will benefit both our patient’s and the staff. This will inevitably mean some changes for patients however for a smooth transition you will still be able to contact the surgery via the online system.
